Born and raised in New Orleans, Edward R.  was raised with Mardi Gras from the beginning.
His distinctive theatrical flair is evident in his brilliant designs for literally hundreds of
Carnival balls, parades, and throws and favors.  In New Orleans and throughout the Gulf South, he was known for nearly a decade as "The Last Minute Costume Expert" on WWL-TV Channel 4.
